Aware of the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the Committee on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development,
وإذ تعي المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالمؤسسات المتعددة الجنسيات ولجنة الاستثمار الدولي والمؤسسات المتعددة الجنسيات التابعة لمنظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي،

Aware of the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the Committee on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development,
وإذ تعي المبادئ التوجيهية للمؤسسات المتعددة الجنسيات ولجنة الاستثمار الدولي والمؤسسات المتعددة الجنسيات التابعة لمنظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي،

Until now, that cooperation had developed around two main pillars: the Code of Liberalisation of Capital Movements and the Code of Liberalisation of Current Invisible Operations, and the National Treatment Instrument, which was an integral part of the 1976 Declaration and Guidelines on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises.
وقد قام هذا التعاون حتى اﻵن حول محورين أساسيين هما: مدونات تحرير انتقال رؤوس اﻷموال والعمليات غير المنظورة وصك المعاملة الوطنية الذي هو جزء لا يتجزأ من اﻹعلان والمبادئ التوجيهية بشأن الاستثمار الدولي والمؤسسات المتعددة الجنسيات لعام ١٩٧٦.
