A project funded under the third tranche, entitled " Capacity-building in developing countries to attract and benefit from international investment " , implemented by UNCTAD, has succeeded largely because of a strong partnership between UNCTAD, the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies, the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (World Bank Group) and other relevant international organizations and research institutions.
