(b) juridical persons, with the exception of States, when the crimes committed were committed on behalf of such juridical persons or by their agencies or representatives.
)ب( اﻷشخاص الاعتباريون باستثناء الدول، حين تكون الجرائم قد ارتكبت بأمر منهم، أو عن طريق هيئاتهم، أو ممثليهم.

Violation of the obligations imposed by the law is an administrative offence punishable by fines ranging from 10,000 patacas to 500,000 patacas for natural persons and from 100,000 patacas to 5,000,000 patacas for legal entities.

39. Contrary to natural persons, legal persons can assume various forms. The attempt to cover all such forms or categories of legal persons could make the whole exercise abortive.

Paragraph 2 (b) of article 153 deals with joint activities undertaken by the authority, or by natural or juridical persons, or by States parties to exploit seabed resources.

Similarly, according to article 75 of the Treaty of Saint-Germain-en-Laye: “juridical persons established in the territories transferred to Italy shall be considered Italian if they are recognized as such either by the Italian administrative authorities or by an Italian judicial decision.” Ibid., p. 496.

[1. In respect of all the crimes referred to in [...], juridical persons who are held to be criminally responsible by the Court shall incur the following penalties:

2. 2 - تلتزم دولة العَلَم والمنظمة الدولية المختصة بتقديم تعويض عن الأضرار الناجمة عن التدابير المتخذة خرقا لهذه الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بالبحث العلمي البحري الذي تجريه دول أخرى أو أشخاصها الطبيعيون أو الاعتباريون أو الذي تجريه منظمات دولية مختصة.

B. States should adopt measures to qualify wrongful acts, including those committed by legal entities, as criminal offences.

The penalties incurred by legal entities are defined in article 131, paragraph 39, of the Penal Code.
