15. As indicated in the foregoing paragraphs, the creation of a panel of experts to investigate complaints against judges and recommend corrective action, if warranted, is common to all three proposals.
15 - على النحو المشار إليه في الفقرات السابقة، يشكل إنشاء فريق من الخبراء للتحقيق في الشكاوى المقدمة ضد القضاة والتوصية باتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية، إذا اقتضى الأمر، قاسمًا مشتركاً بين الاقتراحات الثلاثة كلها.

29. The three proposals are being revised to incorporate the recommendations made by the joint review panel, thus making them fully qualified to obtain grants under the technical assistance programme from the Trust Fund.
٩٢ - ويجري تنقيح الاقتراحات الثلاثة بغية ادراج التوصيات التي قدمها فريق الاستعراض المشترك ، اﻷمر الذي من شأنه أن يجعلها مؤهلة تماما للحصول على منح من الصندوق الاستئماني في اطار برنامج المساعدة التقنية .

We also intend to suggest to the President of the General Assembly that he advise the Chairman of the Fifth Committee to request that the Committee undertake the necessary deliberations on the Secretary-General's proposals on an expedited basis, and that recommendations be brought to the attention of the plenary by 19 December, so that the plenary can take the necessary decisions on all three proposals before the holidays.
كما ننوي أن نقترح على رئيس الجمعية العامة أن يشير على رئيس اللجنة الخامسة بأن يطلب إجراء اللجنة للمداولات اللازمة بشأن اقتراحات الأمين العام على وجه السرعة، وعرض التوصيات على الجلسة العامة في 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر، كي تتخذ الجلسة العامة القرارات الضرورية بشأن الاقتراحات الثلاثة جميعها قبل بدء العُطل.

110. The first three suggestions hold promise of practical, achievable benefits, if done appropriately.
110- وفي حال تنفيذ الاقتراحات الثلاثة الأولى كما ينبغي، فإنها قد تفضي إلى فوائد عملية وقابلة للتحقيق.

Notwithstanding the three suggestions just mentioned, the draft resolution did contain a number of concrete and realistic proposals, two of which were particularly noteworthy.
