3. Revised compromise proposal

Those delegations that could not accept the compromise proposal were invited (i) to determine, if a record of consensus were to be found in favour of the compromise proposal, whether those delegations would raise a formal objection to that record and, (ii) in parallel, to pursue discussions with other delegations.
أمَّا الوفود التي لم يَسَعها أن تقبل الاقتراح التوفيقي فقد دُعيت `1` إلى البتِّ فيما إذا كانت ستقدّم اعتراضاً رسمياً على الصيغة التوافقية في حال التوصّل إلى توافق في الآراء بشأن الاقتراح التوفيقي، و`2` إلى مواصلة المناقشات، في موازاة ذلك، مع الوفود الأخرى.
