وإن مشاركة العلماء والكتﱠاب والفنانين وغيرهم ممن يعملون في أنشطة البحث العلمي أو اﻷنشطة الخلاقة في المؤتمرات والحلقات الدراسية والندوات العلمية والثقافية الدولية إلخ، هي مشاركة موفقة من الناحية النوعية، ولكن في السنوات اﻷخيرة تأثرت هذه المشاركة من الناحية الكمية بسب المصاعب المالية الشديدة.

A higher education institution, independently or in co-operation with other institutions, may conduct scientific research, or may establish institutes, industrial parks, and professional advisory enterprises, for the purpose of its developmental targets.
ويجوز لمؤسسات التعليم العالي منفردة أو بالتعاون مع مؤسسات أخرى، أن تجري البحث العلمي أو تنشئ المعاهد والمجمعات الصناعية والمؤسسات الاستشارية المهنية بغرض تحقيق أهدافها في مجال التنمية.

1363- ومن المؤسف أنه ليس لدينا بيانات وسجلات تتعلق بالكُتاب الذين يشاركون في البحث العلمي أو الأنشطة الإبداعية في المؤتمرات والندوات والحلقات الدراسية وغيرها من الأحداث العلمية والثقافية الدولية.

24- وأفاد كل من إيطاليا وسويسرا والمغرب واليابان بأن استخدام الأعضاء أو الأنسجة لأغراض البحث العلمي أو تعليم الطب ممنوع منعا تاما.

(a) " Peaceful nuclear explosion " means: the nuclear explosion activity with nuclear fission and/or nuclear fusion, which releases nuclear energy at very fast rate, and which is purely for scientific research or civilian applications.
)أ( يعني " التفجير النووي السلمي " : نشاط التفجير النووي عن طريق الانشطار النووي و/أو الاندماج النووي، الذي يطلق طاقة نووية بمعدل سريع جدا، ويكون لمجرد البحث العلمي أو التطبيقات المدنية.

4- يحظر إنشاء قواعد ومنشآت وتحصينات عسكرية، وتجريب أيِّ نوع من الأسلحة وإجراء مناورات عسكرية على القمر، ولا يحظر استخدام العسكريين لأغراض البحث العلمي أو لأية أغراض سلمية أخرى.

4- يحظر إنشاء قواعد ومنشآت وتحصينات عسكرية، وتجريب أي نوع من الأسلحة وإجراء مناورات عسكرية على القمر، ولا يحظر استخدام العسكريين لأغراض البحث العلمي أو لأية أغراض سلمية أخرى.

1217- وتتلقى الأطراف المعنية من علماء وكتّاب وفنانين وغيرهم من الأطراف الضالعة في البحث العلمي أو في أي نشاط إبداعي دعوات متكررة من سلطات مقاطعة ماكاو الإدارية الخاصة للمشاركة في المؤتمرات والحلقات الدراسية والندوات واللقاءات والمنتديات العلمية والثقافية.

(ب) مشاركة العلماء والكتاب والفنانين وسائر الأفراد الذين يضطلعون بأعمال البحث العلمي أو النشاط الإبداعي، في المؤتمرات والحلقات الدراسية والندوات الدولية الخ في ميداني العلم والثقافة، ما هي العوامل والمصاعب التي أثرت على تنمية التعاون الدولي في هذين الميدانين؟
