68 - ونسّق المركز أعماله مع الأنشطة الواردة في خطة العمل المعلوماتية للبرلمانات الأفريقية، وهي مبادرة تقودها الشعبة على الصعيد الإقليمي وتُعنى بدعم وضع نُظُم رفيعة الجودة ومستدامة للمعلومات البرلمانية بهدف تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة، كما تدعم المشاركة الديمقراطية في البرلمانات الأفريقية.

22. Morocco called for reinforcement of the Voluntary Technical Assistance Trust Fund to Support the Participation of Least Developed Countries and Small Island Developing States in the work of the Human Rights Council and the furthering of the work of the seminar held in September 2014 on the contribution of African parliaments to the efforts of the Human Rights Council.
22 - واستطرد قائلاً إن المغرب يدعو إلى تدعيم صندوق التبرعات الاستئماني لتقديم المساعدة التقنية لدعم مشاركة أقل البلدان نموًا والدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية في أعمال مجلس حقوق الإنسان، وإلى الدفع قدماً بأعمال الحلقة الدراسية التي عقدت في أيلول/سبتمبر 2014 عن مساهمة البرلمانات الأفريقية في جهود مجلس حقوق الإنسان.

29. Activities in support of improving the capacity of African parliaments included the preparation of a publication entitled " The Role of Parliaments in Promoting Best Practices in Governance " , which assessed the capacity and efficiency of national parliaments in Africa, their operational modalities, the level of autonomy they enjoy, their funding, and their relationship with the executive arm of government and the judiciary.
29 - وشملت الأنشطة المنفذة لدعم تحسين قدرات البرلمانات الأفريقية إعداد منشور عنوانه ``دور البرلمانات في تعزيز أفضل الممارسات في مجال الحوكمة ' ' ، تضمّن تقييماً لقدرة البرلمانات الوطنية في أفريقيا وكفاءتها، وطرائق عملها، ودرجة استقلاليتها، وتمويلها، وعلاقتها مع الجهاز التنفيذي للحكومة ومع الهيئة القضائية.
