Japan proposed a decision by the Board to adopt the strategic guidelines in document IDB.26/15 and to ask the Director-General to take them fully into account when implementing the current and future medium-term programme frameworks and budgets.
8- واقترحت اليابان أن يتخذ المجلس قرارا يعتمد فيه المبادئ التوجيهية الاستراتيجية الواردة في الوثيقة IDB.26/15 ويطلب إلى المدير العام مراعاتها تماما عند تنفيذ الأطر البرنامجية المتوسطة الأجل والميزانيات الحالية والمقبلة.

He commended the delegation of Japan for its work in drawing up strategic guidelines for the medium-term programme frameworks (IDB.26/15) and for incorporating the views of all Member States in the document.
وأثنى على وفد اليابان للعمل الذي قام به في صوغ المبادئ التوجيهية الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بالأطر البرنامجية المتوسطة الأجل (IDB.26/15)، وإدراجه آراء جميع الدول الأعضاء في الوثيقة.

4. In adopting the strategic long-term vision statement, resolution GC.11/Res.4 requests the Director-General to take it into account when formulating and implementing the medium-term programme frameworks, the programmes and budgets and other operational programmes during the period under coverage.
4- ولدى اعتماد بيان الرؤية الاستراتيجية الطويلة الأمد، طلب القرار م ع-11/ق-4 إلى المدير العام أن يأخذ البيان في الحسبان عند صوغ وتنفيذ الأطر البرنامجية المتوسطة الأجل والبرامج والميزانيات وغير ذلك من البرامج العملياتية خلال الفترة المشمولة به.
