III. PHYSICAL DEMARCATION OF A common land BOUNDARY

We call on them to continue to work in a constructive manner in order to resolve their outstanding problems, in particular on the demarcation and management of their common land border.
وندعوهما إلى مواصلة العمل بصورة بناءة من أجل حل مشاكلهما العالقة، وعلى نحو خاص رسم الحدود وإدارة شؤون حدودهما البرية المشتركة.

In the event of a disagreement, the Guarantor Countries shall propose, in accordance with point 4 of the Santiago Agreement, procedures for the solution of disputes related to the execution of the physical demarcation of the common land boundary referred to in the preceding paragraphs.

These requirements having been met, we, the Heads of State of the Guarantor Countries, in accordance with the Santiago Agreement and the timetable signed in Rio de Janeiro, therefore express our view, which the Parties have accepted as binding, and which contains the following elements for completion of the on-site marking of the common land boundary and thus for completion of the comprehensive and lasting agreement:
