It invited Parties not included in Annex I to nominate national focal points for facilitating assistance for the preparation of the initial communications.
ودعت اﻷطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول للاتفاقية إلى تعيين جهات وصل وطنية لتسهيل المساعدة على إعداد البلاغات اﻷولى.

The SBI noted with satisfaction that the information contained in second national communications so far received was, in general, of better quality than in the first ones.
ولاحظت الهيئة بعين الرضا أن المعلومات التي تتضمنها البلاغات الوطنية الثانية الواردة حتى اﻵن تتسم عموماً بنوعية أفضل من نوعية المعلومات التي تضمنتها البلاغات اﻷولى.

19. The SBI may wish to commence its discussion on the process for the consideration of the initial communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention, taking into account any guidelines that may be recommended by the SBSTA.
٩١- وقد ترغب الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في بدء مناقشتها لعملية النظر في البلاغات اﻷولى المقدمة من اﻷطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق اﻷول للاتفاقية، آخذة في اعتبارها أية مبادئ توجيهية قد توصي بها الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية.

In general, polices and measures in the second communications were reported in a clearer manner than in the first ones.
٦٣- تم، بصورة عامة، اﻹبلاغ عن السياسات والتدابير في البلاغات الثانية بطريقة أوضح من الطريقة المستخدمة في البلاغات اﻷولى.
