9- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى مضاعفة جهودها في مجال إنشاء نظم رصد وطنية تعنى تحديداً بالتصحر وتدهور الأراضي والجفاف أو زيادة تحسين نظم الرصد القائمة؛

To invite affected country Parties to continue giving high priority to the seven strategic areas for action as contained in the Bonn Declaration during the period 2008 - 2018 in order to address the severe situation prevailing in the affected countries;
(ج) دعوة البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى مواصلة منح أولوية عليا، خلال الفترة 2008-2018، لمجالات العمل الاستراتيجية السبعة كما وردت في إعلان بون من أجل معالجة الوضع الخطير السائد في البلدان المتأثرة؛

To invite affected country Parties to continue to include in their national reports appropriate information relating to the enhanced implementation of obligations under the Convention, as a follow-up to the Bonn Declaration;

The COP should invite (a) the affected country Parties to integrate and prioritize their National Action Programmes (NAPs) into their national development plans, and (b) the developed country Parties to mainstream UNCCD objectives into their development programmes/projects.
ينبغي أن يدعو مؤتمر الأطراف (أ) البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى إدراج برامج عملها الوطنية ومنحها الأولوية في خططها الإنمائية الوطنية، و(ب) البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة إلى إدماج أهداف اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر في صلب برامجها/مشاريعها الإنمائية.

3. Further invites affected country Parties to make broader use of readily available and internationally recognized datasets which could be verified and enhanced, or replaced, using data sourced/computed at the national and/or local levels;
3- يدعو كذلك البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى استعمال مجموعات البيانات المتاحة بسهولة والمعترف بها دولياً والتي يمكن التحقق منها وتحسينها أو استبدالها استعمالاً واسعاً باستخدام بيانات مستقاة/محتسبة على المستويين الوطني و/أو المحلي؛

6. Invites affected country Parties to consider the establishment of targets using the progress indicators attached to decision 22/COP.11, as well as nationally and locally relevant indicators for monitoring progress made in the implementation of the Convention and The Strategy at the national level;
6- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى النظر في إمكانية تحديد غايات باستخدام مؤشرات قياس التقدم المحرز المرفقة بالمقرر 22/م أ-11، فضلاً عن المؤشرات المناسبة وطنياً ومحلياً اللازمة لرصد التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الاتفاقية والاستراتيجية على المستوى الوطني؛

10. Invites affected country Parties to develop and implement a new indicator integration framework as part of the monitoring and evaluation approach to track progress and report at multiple scales on meeting policy objectives addressing desertification/land degradation and drought.
10- يدعو البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة إلى وضع وتنفيذ إطار جديد لتكامل المؤشرات كجزء من نهج الرصد والتقييم من أجل تتبع التقدم المحرز والإبلاغ استناداً إلى نطاقات متعددة عن الوفاء بالأهداف السياساتية التي تعالج التصحر/تدهور الأراضي والجفاف.

15. Invites affected country Parties to refer to the terminology and definitions included in document ICCD/COP(10)/INF.9 when reporting to the Conference of the Parties;
