25 All possible ways and means should be explored for assisting the rehabilitation and reconstruction process in countries emerging from crisis situations.
25- وينبغي استكشاف جميع السبل والوسائل التي يمكن أن تؤدي إلى المساعدة في عملية الاستصلاح وإعادة البناء في البلدان الخارجة من أوضاع متأزمة.

Support given to the rehabilitation and reconstruction process in countries emerging from crisis situations should not neglect ongoing projects in other developing countries; there should be no interruption in resources and other services provided to developing countries.
كما ينبغي ألا يؤدي الدعم المقدّم إلى عملية الاستصلاح وإعادة البناء في البلدان الخارجة من أوضاع متأزمة إلى إهمال المشاريع الجارية في البلدان النامية الأخرى؛ ويجب ألا يسمح بأي إعاقة للموارد وغير ذلك من الخدمات التي تقدّم إلى البلدان النامية.

It hoped that the fact that the Post-crisis and Post-conflict Electronic Support Resource would be made operational on the Internet by the end of the year would help UNIDO to better respond to the needs of countries emerging from crisis situations.
ومن المؤمّل أن يصبح النظام المرجعي الالكتروني المساند للأنشطة في فترة ما بعد الأزمات وما بعد الصراعات قيد التشغيل على الشبكة " الانترنت " بنهاية العام الجاري، وسوف يساعد اليونيدو على الاستجابة على نحو أفضل لاحتياجات البلدان الخارجة من أوضاع متأزمة.

60. The Organization's work in post-conflict reconstruction and in countries emerging from crisis situations was also of central importance to Africa. Peace and stability were essential for social and economic development.
60- واختتم كلمته قائلا إن العمل الذي تقوم به المنظمة في مجال إعادة البناء في فترة ما بعد الأزمات وفي البلدان الخارجة من أوضاع متأزمة له أيضا أهمية أساسية لأفريقيا، علما بأن إحلال السلام والاستقرار أمر ضروري للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

64. Switzerland had noted with interest the report on UNIDO activities in countries emerging from crisis situations (IDB.29/11), a matter to which further attention should be devoted.
64- وواصل كلامه قائلا إن سويسرا تابعت باهتمام التقرير بشأن أنشطة اليونيدو في البلدان الخارجة من أوضاع متأزمة (IDB.29/11)، وهي مسألة ينبغي إيلاؤها مزيدا من الاهتمام.

Mr. NEZAM (Afghanistan) commended Mr. Magariños for his excellent work, his devotion and his sustained efforts to improve UNIDO's financial situation and its image and to promote the industrialization of developing countries, particularly countries emerging from crisis situations.
47- السيد نظام (أفغانستان): أشاد بالسيد ماغارينيوس لعمله الممتاز وإخلاصه وجهوده المتواصلة لتحسين الوضع المالي لليونيدو وصورتها ودعم تصنيع البلدان النامية، وخاصة البلدان الخارجة من أوضاع متأزمة.

76. Mr. DE CEGLIE (Italy), referring to sub-item (b), said that his Government attached great importance to the role UNIDO could play in contributing to the re-emergence and strengthening of the industrial infrastructure in countries emerging from crisis situations: accordingly, it had already pledged over US$ 12 million for rehabilitation and entrepreneurship development projects to be carried out in Iraq.
76- السيد دي شيغلي (ايطاليا): أشار إلى البند الفرعي (ب) وقال إن حكومة بلده تعلق أهمية كبيرة على الدور الذي يمكن أن تضطلع به اليونيدو في المساهمة في انعاش وتعزيز البنية الأساسية الصناعية في البلدان الخارجة من أوضاع متأزمة: ونتيجة لذلك، فإنها تعهدت بالفعل بأن تتبرع بما يزيد على 12 مليون دولار أمريكي لعمليات الاصلاح والتعمير وتنظيم المشاريع الحرة للتنمية التي ستنفذ في العراق.
