Accordingly, we, the Guarantor Countries, wish to reiterate the terms of the declaration made in Lima on 18 January 1996.
وفي هذا الصدد، تود البلدان الضامنة تكرار تأكيد أحكام اﻹعلان الصادر في ليما بتاريخ ١٨ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٦.
