(d) Urging each developed country Party to periodically evaluate the continuing application of any conditions associated with its quantified economy-wide emission reduction target, with a view to adjusting, resolving or removing such conditions;
(د) حث كل طرف من البلدان المتقدمة الأطراف على إجراء تقييم دوري لاستمرار سريان أي شروط مرتبطة بهدفه الكمي لخفض الانبعاثات على نطاق الاقتصاد ككل، بغية تسوية هذه الشروط أو تقليصها أو إزالتها؛

89. Also urges developed country Parties to assist developing country Parties to promote economic diversification in the context of sustainable development, especially for those listed in Article 4, paragraphs 8 and 9, of the Convention;

68. Encourages developed country Parties to further increase their efforts to provide resources of at least to the average annual level of the fast-start finance period for 2013-2015;

Urges developed country Parties to provide technical and financial assistance, as appropriate, through existing bilateral and multilateral cooperative programmes to support the efforts of the Parties in implementing the programmes and measures identified in the annexed framework and to enhance the implementation of Article 4, paragraph 5, of the Convention;
4- يحث البلدان المتقدمة الأطراف على توفير المساعدة التقنية والمالية، عند الاقتضاء، عن طريق البرامج التعاونية القائمة الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف لدعم جهود الأطراف الرامية إلى تنفيذ البرامج والإجراءات المحددة في الإطار المرفق ومن أجل المساعدة على تعزيز تنفيذ المادة 5-4 من الاتفاقية؛

(e) Urging developed country Parties to increase technology, finance and capacity-building support to enable increased mitigation ambition by developing country Parties;

(c) Assists developed country Parties in fulfilling their mitigation commitments;

(g) Developed country Parties, in cooperation with developing country Parties, are encouraged to develop joint research and development programmes and to integrate the climate change technology transfer objective of such programmes;
