(ج) ' 1` زيادة عدد الجهات الفاعلة التي تُعنى بالأنشطة الرامية إلى تشجيع العائدين على الاعتماد على أنفسهم وتقديم الدعم إلى البلدان المضيفة والبلدان الأصلية من أجل تعزيز الحلول الدائمة

(i) Encourages States, while taking into account the best interests of the child as a primary consideration, to foster the successful integration of migrant children into the education system and the removal of barriers to their education in host countries and countries of origin;
(ط) تشجع الدول على أن تعمل، آخذة في الاعتبار مصلحة الطفل في المقام الأول، على إدماج الأطفال المهاجرين بنجاح في نظام التعليم وإزالة الحواجز التي تحول دون تعليمهم في البلدان المضيفة والبلدان الأصلية؛

" (ح) تشجع جميع الدول على منع السياسات والتشريعات التمييزية، على جميع مستويات الحكم، وعلى أن تعمل، آخذة في الاعتبار مصلحة الطفل العليا في المقام الأول، على إدماج الأطفال المهاجرين بنجاح في نظام التعليم وإزالة الحواجز التي تحول دون تعليمهم في البلدان المضيفة والبلدان الأصلية؛

host countries and countries of origin each need to identify, respectively, current and projected labour supply shortages and surpluses by economic sector, occupation, region and province; furthermore, differentiation between labour shortages that are structural and those that are seasonal or otherwise temporary is important for designing and implementing effective labour migration policies.
