وإذ تسلّم أيضا بأهمية نقل التكنولوجيا، وفق شروط متفق عليها، إلى البلدان النامية وإلى البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية بوصفه وسيلة فعالة من وسائل التعاون الدولي في السعي إلى القضاء على الفقر وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة،

Emphasizing the need to devise approaches to facilitate technology transfer to developing countries as well as countries with economies in transition in order to support the effective implementation of the proposals for action of the Intergovernmental Panel on Forests/Intergovernmental Forum on Forests by those countries,
وإذ يشدد الحاجة إلى استنباط نهج تستهدف تسهيل نقل التكنولوجيا إلى البلدان النامية وإلى البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها في مرحلة انتقالية لدعم فعالية تنفيذها لمقترحات العمل المقدمة من الفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بالغابات/المنتدى الحكومي الدولي المعني بالغابات،

They are also required to promote and facilitate the transfer of climate-friendly technologies to developing countries and to countries with economies in transition.
وهي مطالبة أيضاً بأن تشجع وتيسر نقل التكنولوجيات الرفيقة بالمناخ إلى البلدان النامية وإلى البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية.

Calls upon all States to adopt, where required, and to continue to implement effectively, necessary legislative and other appropriate measures to mitigate the effects of natural disasters and integrate disaster risk reduction strategies into development planning, and in this regard requests the international community to continue to assist developing countries as well as countries with economies in transition, as appropriate;
5 - تهيب بجميع الدول أن تتخذ، عند الاقتضاء، ما يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وغيرها من التدابير الملائمة للتخفيف من آثار الكوارث الطبيعية وأن تواصل تنفيذ تلك التدابير تنفيذا فعالا وأن تدرج استراتيجيات الحد من أخطار الكوارث في التخطيط الإنمائي، وتطلب، في هذا الصدد، إلى المجتمع الدولي أن يواصل تقديم المساعدة إلى البلدان النامية وإلى البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، حسب الاقتضاء؛
