It is for this reason that the Marrakesh Ministerial Decision on Measures Concerning the Possible Negative Effects of the Reform Programme on Least Developed and Net Food-importing Countries, adopted as part of the WTO agreements (see A/HRC/10/5, paras. 20-25).

In this context, UNCTAD should analyse the impact on all developing countries of the reform process, as foreseen in Article 20 of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture, with attention being paid to the concerns of LDCs and net food-importing developing countries.

In this context, interests and concerns of LDCs and NFIDCs should be examined.
وفي هذا السياق ينبغي دراسة اهتمامات وشواغل أقل البلدان نمواً والبلدان النامية المستوردة الصافية للأغذية.

With concern that the interests of LDCs and NFIDCs would be fully reflected in these negotiations, the Commission recommended the following areas of analytical and technical support from UNCTAD and the other members of the international community.
