312. Such model clauses could be based on the provisions cited above, on the understanding that in order to avoid any uncertainty with regard to reservations formulated after the expression of consent to be bound, but before the entry into force of the treaty, it would no doubt be preferable for such clauses to avoid referring to the entry into force.
