In my capacity as Chairman of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, I have the honour to refer to the summary statement by the Secretary-General concerning the list items of which the Security Council is currently seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/2005/15).

In my capacity as Chairman of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, I have the honour to refer to the summary statement by the Secretary-General concerning the list of items of which the Security Council is currently seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/2003/40).

On instructions from my Government and with reference to paragraph 9 of the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/1999/25), I have the honour to inform you that the Republic of Iraq requests the retention of two of the items listed in paragraph 7 of the summary statement.

THE SECURITY COUNCIL In my capacity as Chairman of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, I have the honour to refer to the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/1999/25).
يشرفني بصفتي رئيس اللجنة المعنية بممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني لحقوقه غير القابلة للتصرف، أن أشير إلى البيان الموجز الذي أعده اﻷمين العام عن المسائل المعروضة على مجلس اﻷمن وعن الدور الذي بلغه النظر في تلك المسائل )S/1999/25(.

On instructions from my Government, I have the honour, with reference to paragraph 9 of the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized (S/1999/25), to request that the items relating to the question of Palestine and to the exercise by the Palestinian people of its inalienable rights be retained on the list of matters of which the Security Council is seized.
بناء على توجيهات من حكومتي، وباﻹشارة إلى الفقرة )٩( من البيان الموجز الذي أعده اﻷمين العام عن المسائل المعروضة على مجلس اﻷمن )S/1999/25(، أود أن أطلب اﻹبقاء على البنود المتعلقة بقضية فلسطين وبممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني لحقوقه غير القابلة للتصرف في قائمة البنود المعروضة على مجلس اﻷمن.

On instructions from my Government and with reference to the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized (S/2001/15), I have the honour to inform you that the Republic of Iraq requests the retention of the following items:
بناء على توجيهات من حكومتي وبالإشارة إلى البيان الموجز الذي أعده الأمين العام عن المسائل المعروضة على مجلس الأمن (الوثيقة (S/2001/15 لي الشرف بإحاطتكم علما بأن جمهورية العراق تطلب الإبقاء على البنود التالية:

On instructions from my Government, I have the honour to request that item 37, " The situation relating to Nagorny Karabakh " , contained in paragraph 10 of the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/2001/15), be retained on the list of matters of which the Security Council is seized.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، يشرفني أن أطلب الإبقاء على البند 37 " الحالة المتصلة بناغورني كاراباخ " الوارد في الفقرة 10 من البيان الموجز الذي أعده الأمين العام عن المسائل المعروضة على مجلس الأمن وعن المرحلة التي بلغها النظر في تلك المسائل (S/2001/15)، في قائمة المسائل المعروضة حاليا على مجلس الأمن.

On instructions from my Government, and with reference to paragraph 9 of the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized (S/1998/44), I have the honour to inform you that Iraq requests the retention of two items mentioned in paragraph 7, namely:

With reference to the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/1998/44), upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to request that item 47 be retained on the agenda of the Security Council.

Upon instruction from my Government and with reference to the summary statement by the Secretary-General on matters of which the Security Council is seized and on the stage reached in their consideration (S/2011/10), I have the honour to request that item 72 listed in paragraph 3 of the document, namely " The situation between Iran and Iraq " , be retained on the list of matters of which the Security Council is seized.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي وبالإشارة إلى البيان الموجز الذي أعده الأمين العام عن المسائل المعروضة على مجلس الأمن وعن المرحلة التي بلغها النظر في تلك المسائل (S/2011/10)، أتشرف بطلب الإبقاء على البند 72 الوارد في الفقرة 3 من الوثيقة المذكورة، وعنوانه " الحالة بين إيران والعراق " ، في قائمة المسائل المعروضة على مجلس الأمن.
