“Stressing the importance of full cooperation and close coordination between the Mission and the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group in the implementation of their respective mandates,

" وإذ يقتنع اقتناعا راسخا بأهمية أن تكون منروفيا ملاذا آمنا، وإذ يلاحظ بوجه خاص ما تم مؤخرا من نشر فريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا في المدينة على نطاق واسع،

" وإذ يشدد أيضا على أن وجود البعثة لا يمكن أن يتحقق إلا بالتزام فريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا بتأمين سلامة المراقبين العسكريين التابعين للبعثة وموظفيها المدنيين،

“13. Urges all Member States to provide financial, logistical and other assistance in support of the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group to enable it to carry out its mandate;
" ١٣ - يحث جميع الدول اﻷعضاء على تقديم المساعدة المالية والسوقية وغير ذلك من أشكال المساعدة دعما لفريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا لتمكينه من أداء ولايته؛

In the same vein, it reiterated its appeal to the international community to contribute generously to the Trust Fund for Liberia, established by the Secretary-General, to assist the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) to fulfil its mandate and also to provide assistance for the reconstruction of Liberia.
وبنفس الروح، كررت الجمعية العامة نداءها للمجتمع الدولي لﻹسهام بسخاء في الصندوق الاستئماني الذي أنشأه اﻷمين العام، لكي يقوم بمساعدة فريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا على الاضطلاع بولايته، وتوفير المساعدة لتعمير ليبريا.

We also invite them to cooperate fully with the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group, the United Nations Observer Mission in Liberia and the rest of the international community in the search for a definitive solution to the problem in Liberia.
كما ندعوها إلى التعاون الكامل مع فريق المراقبة التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا وبعثة المراقبة التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة في ليبريا وبقية المجتمع الدولي في السعي نحو إيجاد حل حاسم للمشكلة في ليبريا.

It is pleasing to note that the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group (ECOMOG) has already made reconnaissance missions to assembly points for the disarmament of combatants, which will begin on 22 November 1996 and conclude on 31 January 1997.
ومن دواعي الســرور ملاحظــة أن فريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا أرسل بالفعل بعثات استطلاعية لوضع قائمة بمواقع التجمع لنزع سلاح المتحاربين، الذي سيبدأ في ٢٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٦٩٩١، وينتهي في ١٣ كانون الثاني/يناير ٧٩٩١.

“11. Reaffirms the continued necessity for the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group and the Mission to cooperate in fulfilling their respective mandates and, to this end, urges the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group to enhance its cooperation with the Mission at all levels to enable the Mission to discharge its mandate;

“The Council calls on the Liberian National Transitional Government and the Liberian parties to work with the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group immediately to disengage all forces, re-establish peace and law and order in Monrovia and an effective and comprehensive ceasefire throughout the country.
" ويدعو المجلس الحكومة الانتقالية الوطنية الليبرية واﻷطراف الليبرية إلى العمل على الفور مع فريق الرصد العسكري التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا لفض اشتباك جميع القوات وإعادة إقرار السلام والقانون والنظام في منروفيا وتنفيذ فعال وشامل لوقف إطلاق النار في جميع أنحاء البلـد.

“6. Condemns all attacks against personnel of the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group, the Mission and international organizations and agencies delivering humanitarian assistance, as well as the looting of their equipment, supplies and personal property, and calls for the immediate return of looted property;
" ٦ - يدين جميع الهجمات ضد أفراد فريق الرصد التابع للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا والبعثة والمنظمات والوكالات الدولية المقدمة للمساعدة اﻹنسانية، فضلا عن أعمال نهب معداتها وإمداداتها وممتلكات أفرادها، ويطلب إعادة الممتلكات المنهوبة فورا؛
