The present report addresses concerns about the exercise of the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association in the context of multilateral institutions.

It denotes the absence of coercion or interference; it is thus possible to speak of " freedom of movement " , " freedom of thought, conscience and religion " , " freedom of opinion and expression " and " freedom of peaceful assembly and association " .
وهي تدلّ على غياب الإكراه أو التدخل؛ وهكذا يمكن الحديث عن " حرية التنقل " و " حرية الفكر والوجدان والدين " و " حرية الرأي والتعبير " و " حرية التجمّع السلمي وتكوين الجمعيات " ().
