٣٢١- يرجى تقديم معلومات عن التدابير المتخذة عملاً بالمادة ٨٣، بما في ذلك التدابير ذات الطابع التشريعي والاداري والتربوي، لاحترام والسهر على احترام قواعد القانون اﻹنساني الدولي المنطبق على الدولة في النزاعات المسلحة، ذات الصلة بالطفل.

125. Please indicate the measures adopted pursuant to article 38, paragraph 3, including of a legislative and administrative nature, to ensure that no person who has not attained the age of 15 years is recruited into the armed forces, as well as to ensure that, in recruiting among those persons who have attained the age of 15 years but who have not attained the age of 18 years, priority is given to those who are oldest.
٥٢١- ويرجى بيان كافة التدابير المتخذة عملاً بالفقرة ٣ من المادة ٨٣، بما في ذلك التدابير التي لها طابع تشريعي أو اداري، لضمان ألا يجنﱠد أي شخص لم يبلغ سن ٥١ عاماً في القوات المسلحة، وكذلك للسهر، عند التجنيد من بين اﻷشخاص الذين لم تبلغ سنهم ثماني عشرة سنة، على إعطاء اﻷولوية لمن هم أكبر سناً.
