Recalling also its decision 9/CP.1 on the maintenance of the interim arrangements referred to in Article 21, paragraph 3, of the Convention,
وإذ يشير أيضا إلى مقرره ٩/م أ-١ بشأن الابقاء على الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في الفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٢ من الاتفاقية،

(c) Consideration of the maintenance of the interim arrangements referred to in

)أ( مواصلة الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في الفقرة ٣١ من قرار الجمعية العامة ١٥/٠٨١، بما فيها الترتيبات المالية المؤقتة

On the recommendation of Working Group II, the Committee, at its 7th plenary meeting on 2 September, decided to defer consideration of the maintenance of the interim arrangements referred to in Article 21, para. 3, to its eleventh session.
٩٣- بناءً على توصية الفريق العامل الثاني، قررت اللجنة في جلستها العامة السابعة المعقودة في ٢ أيلول/سبتمبر إرجاء النظر في مسألة اﻹبقاء على الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في الفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٢ إلى دورتها الحادية عشرة.

Invites the GEF to provide to the Committee at its eleventh session a report containing information that could assist the COP to review the interim arrangements referred to in Article 21.3 in accordance with Article 11 of the Convention, for consideration by COP at its first session.
٤- تدعو مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى أن يقدم إلى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية عشرة تقريراً يتضمن معلومات يمكن أن تساعد مؤتمر اﻷطراف في استعراض الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في المادة ١٢-٣ وفقاً للمادة ١١ من الاتفاقية، لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورته اﻷولى.

Concerning the review of the interim arrangements referred to in Article 21.3, the Committee may wish, at its eleventh session, to consider options consistent with Article 11.4, taking into account, inter alia, the report prepared by the GEF Council to assist in that review.
٠١- وفي مجال استعراض الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في المادة ١٢-٣، فقد ترغب اللجنة، في دورتها الحادية عشرة، في النظر في الخيارات المتمشية مع المادة ١١-٤، وأن تأخذ في الاعتبار، في جملة أمور، التقرير الذي أعده مجلس مرفق البيئة العالمية لمساعدتها في اجراء هذا الاستعراض.

Invited the GEF to provide to the Committee at its eleventh session a report containing information that could assist the COP to review the interim arrangements referred to in Article 21.3 in accordance with Article 11 of the Convention, for consideration by the COP at its first session.
)د( ودعا مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى أن يقدم إلى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية عشرة تقريراً يتضمن معلومات يمكن أن تساعد مؤتمر اﻷطراف في استعراض الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في المادة ١٢-٣ وفقا للمادة ١١ من الاتفاقية لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دورته اﻷولى.

The Committee will receive a report (see paragraph 25 (e) above) by the GEF containing information that will assist in the review of the interim arrangements referred to in Article 21.3.
وستتلقى اللجنة تقريرا )انظر الفقرة ٥٢)ﻫ( أعلاه( من مرفق البيئة العالمية يتضمن معلومات تساعد في استعراض الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في المادة ١٢-٣.

The Committee decided to defer consideration of the maintenance of the interim arrangements referred to in Article 21.3, to its eleventh session (A/AC.237/76, para. 93).
٨٢- قررت اللجنة إرجاء النظر في اﻹبقاء على الترتيبات المؤقتة المشار إليها في المادة ٢١-٣، إلى دورتها الحادية عشرة )الفقرة ٣٩ من A/AC.237/76(.
