209. In case No. 907/2000 (Sirageva v. Uzbekistan), where the Committee found violations of articles 7 and 14, paragraph 3 (b), read together with article 6 of the Covenant, the Committee declared that the State party was under an obligation to provide the victim with an effective remedy.
209- وفي القضية رقم 907/2000 (سيراغيفا ضد أوزبكستان) حيث تبين للجنة حدوث انتهاكات للمادة 7 والفقرة 3(ب) من المادة 14 مقترنتين بالمادة 6 من العهد، صرحت اللجنة بأن على الدولة الطرف التزاماً بأن تكفل للضحية سبيل انتصاف فعالاً.

9. The Committee recalls the obligation of the State party to systematically and continuously implement all the provisions of the Convention and views the concerns and recommendations identified in the present concluding observations as requiring the priority attention of the State party between now and the submission of the next periodic report.
9- تُذكِّر اللجنة بأن على الدولة الطرف التزاماً بأن تسعى لتنفيذ جميع أحكام الاتفاقية بصورة منهجية ومتواصلة، وترى أن دواعي القلق والتوصيات المحدَّدة في هذه الملاحظات الختامية تتطلب أن توليها الدولة الطرف أولوية في اهتمامها من الآن وحتى تقديم تقريرها الدوري القادم.
