Article 21 of the statute of the Commission calls for the establishment of budget estimates for the Commission by the Secretary-General after consultation with the Administrative Committee on Coordination on the basis of proposals by the Commission.
وتدعو المادة ٢١ من النظام اﻷساسي للجنة الى قيام اﻷمين العام بوضع تقديرات لميزانية اللجنة بعد التشاور مع لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية على أساس مقترحات تقدمها اللجنة.

Mr. TAKASU (Controller) said that all procedures relating to the ICSC budget were determined by the statute of that body, which stipulated that the budget of the Commission should be established by the Secretary-General after consultation with the Administrative Committee on Coordination.
٣٦ - السيد تاكاسو )المراقب المالي(: قال إن جميع اﻹجراءات المتصلة بميزانية لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية حددت بموجب النظام اﻷساسي لتلك الهيئة، الذي ينص على أن اﻷمين العام يضع ميزانية اللجنة بعد التشاور مع لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية.

Article 20 of the statute of the Joint Inspection Unit defines the procedure for the consideration of its budget as follows: " The budget estimates shall be established by the Secretary-General after consultation with the Administrative Committee on Coordination on the basis of proposals made by the Unit " .
٨ - وتحدد المادة ٢٠ من النظام الداخلي لوحدة التفتيش المشتركة إجراءات النظر في ميزانيتها على النحو التالي: " يضع تقديرات الميزانية اﻷمين العام بعد التشاور مع لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية على أساس المقترحات التي تقدمها الوحدة " .
