As for the criminal liability of legal persons for terrorist actions or actions related thereto, Ukrainian legislation has reached the stage at which this legal innovation, which has only recently appeared in international practice, is being studied.

In 2008, Ukraine's cooperation with other States in space exploration and the peaceful uses of outer space was based on international treaties relating to the exploration of outer space, on the international obligations of Ukraine regarding space activities and on current Ukrainian legislation governing space activities.

133. A draft of the Law " On Advocacy " for bringing Ukrainian legislation into compliance with European standards is now before the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for consideration.
133- يوجد مشروع قانون " متعلق بالدعوة " لجعل التشريعات الأوكرانية مطابقة للمعايير الأوروبية، وهو قيد نظر البرلمان الأوكراني حالياً.

The rules of current Ukrainian legislation and of the current international treaties to which Ukraine is a party which have been described above justify the conclusion that Ukraine is in full compliance with its obligations under article 9 of the Convention.
من هنا يمكن القول من واقع قواعد التشريعات الأوكرانية الحالية والمعاهدات الدولية الراهنة التي تعد أوكرانيا طرفا فيها وسبق ذكرها أعلاه، إن أوكرانيا تمتثل امتثالاً تاماً لالتزاماتها بموجب المادة 9 من الاتفاقية.

Ukrainian legislation prohibits the setting up of militarized or armed units that are not provided for by law and gives them a precise definition (article 260 of the Criminal Code).
وتحظر التشريعات الأوكرانية إنشاء الوحدات العسكرية أو المسلحة التي لم ينص عليها القانون وتعطيها تعريفا دقيقا (المادة 260 من القانون الجنائي).

38. Article 31 of the Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations Act of 23 April 1991 provides that officials and citizens who violate legislation on freedom of conscience and religious organizations bear liability, as established in Ukrainian legislation.
38- وتنص المادة 31 من " قانون حرية الضمير والمنظمات الدينية " الصادر في 23 نيسان/أبريل 1991 على أن المسؤولين والمواطنين الذين ينتهكون التشريعات المتعلقة بحرية الضمير والمنظمات الدينية يتحملون المسؤولية، كما تنص التشريعات الأوكرانية.

Their legal status, operating procedures, use and maintenance are regulated by the Ukrainian legislation as well as provisions of the Agreement between Ukraine and the IAEA for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons of 21 September 1995 and its Additional protocol of 15 August 2000.
وينظم وضعَها القانوني، وإجراءات تشغيلها، واستعمالها، وصيانتها التشريعات الأوكرانية وكذلك أحكام الاتفاق بين أوكرانيا والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية لتطبيق الضمانات في إطار معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية المؤرخ 21 أيلول/سبتمبر 1995 والبروتوكول الإضافي الملحق به المؤرخ 15 آب/أغسطس 2000.

127. Unfortunately, insufficient progress has been made at this stage in bringing Ukrainian legislation into line with the requirements of the Convention on the Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (the Espoo Convention) and the Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters (the Aarhus Convention).
127- من المؤسف الإشارة إلى عدم إحراز تقدم يُذكر في مواءمة التشريعات الأوكرانية مع أحكام اتفاقية تقييم الأثر البيئي في إطار عبر حدودي (اتفاقية إسبو) واتفاقية الوصول إلى المعلومات والمشاركة الجماهيرية في صنع القرار والوصول إلى العدالة فيما يتعلق بالمسائل البيئية (اتفاقية أرهوس).

With reference to your note dated 20 January 2004, I have the honour to inform you that on 2 June 2004 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted decree No. 718, " On the implementation of the United Nations Security Council resolutions concerning Liberia " , which introduced the provisions of Security Council resolution 1521 (2003), as well as of resolution 1532 (2004), into Ukrainian legislation.
بالإشارة إلى مذكرتكم المؤرخة 20 كانون الثاني/يناير 2004، يشرفني أن أبلغكم بأن مجلس وزراء أوكرانيا اعتمد يوم 2 حزيران/يونيه 2004 المرسوم رقم 718، " بخصوص تنفيذ قرارات مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة بشأن ليبريا " ، الذي أُدخلت بموجبه أحكام قرار مجلس الأمن 1521 (2003) وأحكام القرار 1532 (2004) في التشريعات الأوكرانية.

The term " terrorist formation " is not used in the legislation of Ukraine.
مصطلح " الجماعة الإرهابية " غير مستعمل في التشريعات الأوكرانية.
