The Committee also recommends that the State party consider ratifying the ILO Convention No. 189 concerning decent work for domestic workers.
وتوصي اللجنة أيضاً الدولة الطرف بأن تنظر في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 189 بشأن العمل اللائق للعمال المنزليين.

The clarification is also supported by the removal of obstacles to the ratification of the ILO Convention concerning indigenous peoples.

The State party is encouraged to ratify the ILO Convention No. 189 (2011) concerning Decent Work for Domestic Workers.
وتُشجَّع الدولة الطرف على التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 189(2011) بشأن العمل اللائق للعمال المنزليين.

وتشجع حكومة المغرب بشدة على التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ١٣٨ بشأن الحد اﻷدنى لسن الاستخدام والنظر في التماس مزيد من المساعدة التقنية من منظمة العمل الدولية من أجل بلوغ هذا الهدف.
