In the light of the legal requirement in Article 20, paragraph 2, of the Protocol that the text of any proposed amendment shall be communicated to Parties by the secretariat six months before the meeting at which it is proposed for adoption, arrangements will need to be made to communicate by 17 June 2009 the text of the proposed amendments to Parties.
وفي ضوء الاشتراط القانوني الوارد في الفقرة 2 من المادة 20 من البروتوكول ومفاده أن ترسل الأمانة نص أي تعديل مقترح على البروتوكول إلى الأطراف قبل الدورة المقترح اعتماده فيها بستة أشهر على الأقل، يتعين اتخاذ ترتيبات لإرسال نص التعديلات المقترحة إلى الأطراف بحلول 17 حزيران/يونيه 2009.

In the light of the legal requirement in Article 20, paragraph 2, of the Protocol that the text of any proposed amendment shall be communicated to Parties by the secretariat six months before the meeting at which it is proposed for adoption, the AWG-KP will need to decide on arrangements to communicate by 17 June 2009 the text of the proposed amendments to Parties. وفي ضوء الشرط القانوني المنصوص عليه في الفقر 2 من المادة 20 من البروتوكول، والقاضي بأن ترسل الأمانة نص أي تعديل مقترح على هذا البروتوكول إلى الأطراف قبل الدورة المقترح اعتماده فيها بستة أشهر على الأقل، فسيتعين على الفريق العامل المخصص أن يقرر الترتيبات التي يتبعها لكي يحيل، قبل 17 حزيران/يونيه 2009، نص التعديلات المقترحة إلى الأطراف.
