The Subcommittee noted with appreciation that a number of the recommendations, as set out in the Plan of Action contained in the report of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space on the implementation of the recommendations of UNISPACE III (A/59/174, sect. VI.B), had already been implemented and that satisfactory progress had been made in implementing the outstanding recommendations.
71- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية مع التقدير أن عددا من التوصيات المبيّنة في خطة العمل، الواردة في تقرير لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية عن تنفيذ توصيات مؤتمر اليونيسبيس الثالث (A/59/174، الباب السادس - باء)، نُفّذت بالفعل، وأن تقدّما مُرضيا قد أُحرز في تنفيذ التوصيات التي لم تُنجز بعد.

The Committee noted with appreciation that a number of national, regional and international efforts were being undertaken to build capacity in space law, including efforts by the African Leadership Conference on Space Science and Technology for Sustainable Development, the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization and the Space Conferences of the Americas.
204- ولاحظت اللجنة مع التقدير أن عددا من الجهود الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية تُبذل لبناء القدرات في مجال قانون الفضاء، بما في ذلك الجهود التي يبذلها مؤتمر القيادات الأفريقية بشأن علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء لأغراض التنمية المستدامة ومؤتمرات القارة الأمريكية المعنية بالفضاء ومنظمة التعاون الفضائي لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ.
