G.6.2 In a case where a State party, having submitted a report which has been scheduled at a session for examination, informs the Committee, at a time when it is impossible to schedule the examination of another State party report, that its delegation will not attend the session, the Committee may examine the report on the basis of the list of issues either at that session or at another to be specified.
زاي-6-2 في حالة قيام دولة طرف، بعد تقديمها لتقرير تقررت له دورة للنظر فيه، بإبلاغ اللجنة، في وقت يستحيل فيه تحديد موعد للنظر في تقرير دولة طرف أخرى، بأن وفدها لن يحضر الدورة، يجوز للجنة أن تنظر في التقرير استناداً إلى قائمة المسائل إما في تلك الدورة أو دورة أخرى تحددها.

4. The Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967 conducted research for this report on the basis of the foundational principle that business enterprises must respect international humanitarian law and should respect human rights. They should avoid infringing on the human rights of those living under occupation and address adverse human rights impacts with which they are involved.
4 - وقد قام المقرّر الخاص المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ عام 1967 بإجراء بحوث من أجل هذا التقرير استناداً إلى المبدأ الأساسي الذي يفرض على المؤسسات التجارية احترام القانون الدولي الإنساني واحترام حقوق الإنسان، وأن عليها أن تتجنّب التعدّي على حقوق الإنسان التي تخصّ الذين يعيشون تحت الاحتلال وأن تتصدّى للآثار السلبية التي تلحق بحقوق الإنسان المنطوية عليها().
