9.1 Development of a mechanism to update the World Energy Assessment on a regular basis, including careful consideration of regional aspects.

105. The Committee was of the view that reviewing the comparative study in the World Energy Assessment of different energy technologies and the major achievements possible made it apparent that advanced fossil fuel technologies could provide very interesting opportunities.
