3- الفلاحون أحرار ومتساوون مع سائر السكان ولهم الحق في عدم التعرّض لأي نوع من التمييز في ممارسة حقوقهم، وبخاصة عدم التعرّض للتمييز على أساس وضعهم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي.
