2. Requests the Special Rapporteur to submit a second progress report to the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities at its forty-sixth session;
٢ - يرجو من المقرر الخاص أن يقدم تقريرا مرحليا ثانيا إلى اللجنة الفرعية لمنع التمييز وحماية اﻷقليات في دورتها السادسة واﻷربعين؛

The resolution adopted by the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities at its most recent session, which recommended to the Commission on Human Rights that it should consider the Declaration of Minimum Humanitarian Standards, opened the debate on that issue.
وقال إن القرار الذي اتخذته اللجنة الفرعية المعنية بمكافحة التمييز وحماية اﻷقليات في دورتها اﻷخيرة وأوصت فيه لجنة حقوق الانسان بالنظر في إعلان المعايير الانسانية الدنيا، يفتح الباب لمناقشة هذا الموضوع.

In August, SIW was represented at a meeting of the United Nations Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities in Geneva.
