103. We call on the international community to further support national and regional efforts by small island developing States to assess, conserve and sustainably manage their marine resources by agreeing to provide new additional and predictable financial and technical assistance to:
103 - وندعو المجتمع الدولي إلى مواصلة دعم الجهود الوطنية والإقليمية التي تبذلها الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية لتقييم مواردها البحرية وحفظها وإدارتها على نحو مستدام، وذلك من خلال الموافقة على توفير مزيد من المساعدات المالية والتقنية الجديدة التي يمكن التنبؤ بها للقيام بما يلي:

" 10. Further calls upon both the bilateral and multilateral donor communities to mobilize adequate financial resources to supplement efforts by small island developing States, at both the national and regional levels, in the implementation of the programmes referred to in operative paragraph 6 of the present resolution, including by providing support to existing regional and subregional institutions;
" ١٠ - تطلب كذلك إلى المجتمعات المانحة الثنائية والمتعددة اﻷطراف أن تحشد موارد مالية كافية لتكميل الجهود التي تبذلها الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية على المستويين الوطني واﻹقليمي في تنفيذ البرنامج المشار إليه في الفقرة ٦ من هذا القرار، بحيث يشمل ذلك تقديم الدعم إلى المؤسسات اﻹقليمية ودون اﻹقليمية القائمة؛

The efforts of small island developing States to conserve, protect and restore their ecosystems deserve international cooperation and partnership.
وأن الجهود التي تبذلها الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية لحفظ نظمها الايكولوجية وحمايتها وإصلاحها تستحق التعاون والشراكة على الصعيد الدولي.

Ultimately, the success of the review exercise will depend not only on the efforts of the small island developing States themselves but also on the level of engagement of the wider international community in the process, in the spirit of cooperation and partnership.
