392. The Committee is concerned at the lack of a systematic plan to introduce training on and awareness of the principles and provisions of the Convention among children and professional groups working for and with children.
392- يساور اللجنة قلق لعدم وجود خطة منهجية للتدريب والتوعية فيما يتعلق بمبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها لصالح الأطفال والفئات المهنية التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.

It recommended that the State strengthen its efforts to ensure that the provisions of the Convention are widely known and understood by adults and children alike and continue its systematic education and training on the Convention for all professional groups working for and with children.
وأوصت اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها للتأكد من أن أحكام الاتفاقية معروفة على نطاق واسع ويفهمها الكبير والصغير على حد سواء. كما أوصتها بمواصلة توفير التثقيف والتدريب المنتظمين بشأن الاتفاقية لصالح جميع الأوساط المهنية التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم(16).

10. The Committee recommends that the State party continue its efforts towards the dissemination of information on the provisions of the Optional Protocol within Syrian society, especially among children, parents and other caregivers and professionals working with and for children.

20. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to systematically disseminate information about the Convention among children, their parents and other caregivers and all relevant professional groups working with and for children.
20- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى نشر المعلومات عن الاتفاقية بصورة منهجية لدى الأطفال ووالديهم ومقدمي الرعاية الآخرين وسائر الجماعات المهنية ذات الصلة التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.

In particular, the Committee recommends that the State party involve NGOs, especially rights-based ones, and other sectors of civil society working with and for children more systematically throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.

The State party is encouraged to continue to strengthen more systematically its cooperation with civil society, in particular rights-based non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other sectors of civil society working with and for children, throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.

507. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that the Ministry for National Education and Sport is provided with adequate financial, human and material resources to effectively carry out its responsibilities in the coordination of policy, and that appropriate mechanisms for consultation and coordination are set up among the ministries and between all levels of government working with and for children.
507- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تضمن لوزارة التربية الوطنية والرياضة الموارد المالية والبشرية والمادية الكافية حتى تتمكن من القيام بمسؤولياتها في تنسيق السياسة، وكذلك إنشاء آليات التشاور والتنسيق الملائمة فيما بين الوزارات وبين جميع مستويات الحكومة التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.

552. The Committee encourages the State party to strengthen its cooperation with NGOs and involve NGOs and other sectors of civil society working with and for children more systematically throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.
552- وتُشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز تعاونها مع المنظمات غير الحكومية وعلى إشراك هذه المنظمات وغيرها من قطاعات المجتمع المدني التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم على نحو أكثر منهجية خلال جميع مراحل تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

537. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its cooperation with NGOs by involving more systematically NGOs and other sectors of civil society working with and for children throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.
537- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز تعاونها مع المنظمات غير الحكومية بإشراك هذه المنظمات وغيرها من قطاعات المجتمع المدني التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم إشراكاً أكثر منهجية في جميع مراحل تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

223. The Committee recommends that the State party increase its level of cooperation with the NGO sector and other sectors of civil society working with and for children in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as establish a permanent channel of communication to facilitate this cooperation.
223- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن ترتقي بمستوى تعاونها مع قطاع المنظمات غير الحكومية وغيره من قطاعات المجتمع المدني الأخرى التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم في البوسنة والهرسك، وأن تنشئ قناة دائمة للاتصال بغية تيسير هذا التعاون.

F. Capacity-building and technical assistance 59. In keeping with their mandates and specific areas of expertise, United Nations actors engaged in child protection are involved in a wide range of initiatives to build the capacity of and offer technical assistance to national institutions and authorities working with and for children in Member States across all regions.
59 -تشارك الجهات الفاعلة المعنيةفي الأمم المتحدة بحماية الأطفال، تماشيا مع ولاياتها ومجالات خبرتها، في طائفة واسعة من المبادرات لبناء قدرات المؤسسات والسلطات الوطنية التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم في الدول الأعضاء وتقديم المساعدة التقنية لتلك المؤسسات والسلطات في جميع المناطق.

(e) The dissemination of the Optional Protocol and the appropriate training offered to all professional groups working with and for children and all other relevant groups (immigration and law enforcement officers, social workers, etc.);
