21. A minimum of 30 copies of the text of statements to be delivered at the high-level meetings should be submitted in advance to the Secretariat; failing this, delegations are urged to provide six copies for the interpreters before the speaker takes the floor.
21 - وينبغي أن تقدم مسبقا إلى الأمانة العامة 30 نسخة على الأقل من نص البيانات التي ستلقى في الاجتماعين الرفيعي المستوى؛ وإذا تعذر ذلك تُحث الوفود على تزويد المترجمين الشفويين بست نسخ قبل أن يبدأ المتكلم بإلقاء كلمته.

11. A minimum of 30 copies of the text of statements to be delivered at the high-level meetings should be submitted in advance to the Secretariat; failing this, delegations are urged to provide six copies for the interpreters before the speaker takes the floor.
11 - وينبغي أن يقدم مسبقا إلى الأمانة العامة ما لا يقل عن 30 نسخة من نصوص البيانات التي ستلقى في الاجتماعين الرفيعي المستوى؛ وإذا تعذر ذلك، تُحث الوفود على تزويد المترجمين الشفويين بست نسخ قبل إلقاء المتكلم كلمتَه.

Only official documents of the high-level plenary meetings devoted to the follow-up to the outcome of the twenty-sixth special session bearing General Assembly document symbols and texts of statements to be delivered in plenary meetings will be distributed in the General Assembly Hall.
لن توزع في قاعة الجمعية العامة سوى الوثائق الرسمية للجلسات العامة الرفيعة المستوى المكرسة لمتابعة محصلة الدورة الاستثنائية السادسة والعشرين التي تحمل رمز الجمعية العامة ونصوص البيانات التي ستلقى في الجلسات العامة.

Moreover, the delegation concerned should make available to the interpreter someone who knows the language in which the statement is to be delivered and the official language into which it has been translated, to guide the interpreter through the translated text and to ensure synchronization between the speaker and the interpreter.
