5. Turning to chapter VIII of the report, entitled “Diplomatic protection”, he said that his delegation welcomed the Commission’s decision to include the topic in its agenda and endorsed its solution to the question of the definition of the scope of the topic.

39. Concerning chapter VIII of the report, his delegation believed that the topic should be confined to responsibility under general international law, at least at the outset, and to intergovernmental organizations.
39 - وعن الفصل الثامن من التقرير يرى وفده أن الموضوع لا بد وأن يقتصر على المسؤولية الواردة في ظل القانون الدولي العام على الأقل في مرحلة البداية وكذلك على المنظمات الحكومية الدولية.

64. With regard to chapter VIII of the report, the study of the topic should be limited to responsibility for internationally wrongful acts under general international law, and to intergovernmental organizations.
64 - فيما يتعلق بالفصل الثامن من التقرير قالت إن دراسة هذا الموضوع ينبغي أن تنحصر في المسؤولية عن الأفعال غير المشروعة دولياً بموجب القانون الدولي العام وفي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية.

63. Ms. AYKOR asked whether the women's associations mentioned in chapter VIII of the report were established by the women themselves or by the authorities.
٦٣ - السيدة إيكور: أعربت عن رغبتها في أن تعرف ما اذا كانت الجمعيات النسائية المشار اليها في الفصل الثامن من التقرير تنبثق من النساء أنفسهن أو ما اذا كانت احدى صنائع السلطات العامة.
