In accordance with that resolution, the secretariat has published the fifteenth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Model Regulations, amendments to the fourth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria and the second revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
وعملا بهذا القرار، نشرت الأمانة الطبعة الخامسة عشرة المنقحة للتوصيات المتعلقة بنقل البضائع الخطرة: النظام النموذجي، وتعديلات الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة للتوصيات المتعلقة بنقل البضائع الخطرة: دليل الاختبارات والمعايير، والطبعة الثانية المنقحة من النظام المتوائم عالميا لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها.

The Committee considered the second revised draft outcome document (A/AC.256/CRP.6/Rev.2) carefully during its twenty-seventh session, and would like to submit the following observations to the third session of the Preparatory Committee.
ونظرت اللجنة في المسودة الثانية المنقحة للوثيقة الختامية (A/AC.256/CRP.6/Rev.2) ودرستها بعناية أثناء دورتها السابعة والعشرين، وهي تود أن تتقدم بالملاحظات التالية إلى الدورة الثالثة للجنة التحضيرية.

1. The second revised draft outcome document submitted by the Bureau of the Preparatory Committee acknowledges the key role that the Convention on the Rights of the Child plays in national and international efforts to improve the situation of children around the world.
1- إن المسودة الثانية المنقحة للوثيقة الختامية التي تقدم بها مكتب اللجنة التحضيرية تقر الدور الأساسي الذي تؤديه اتفاقية حقوق الطفل في إطار الجهود الوطنية والدولية لتحسين وضع الأطفال في شتى أنحاء العالم.

4. The second revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, was published for official circulation and sale in Arabic (250 copies), Chinese (165 copies), English (2,725 copies), French (730 copies), Russian (245 copies) and Spanish (395 copies).
4 - ونشرت الطبعة الثانية المنقحة من النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها() للتداول والبيع الرسميين بالإسبانية (395 نسخة) والإنكليزية (725 2 نسخة) والروسية (245 نسخة) والصينية (165 نسخة) والعربية (250 نسخة) والفرنسية (735 نسخة).

41. On the basis of that work, the Committee adopted amendments to the second revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals intended to update, clarify or to complement the System concerning, in particular, the following:
41 - واستنادا إلى ذلك العمل، اعتمدت اللجنة التعديلات(26) المدخلة على الصيغة الثانية المنقحة من النظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها بغرض تحديث هذا النظام أو تعزيزه، لا سيما في ما يتعلق بما يلي:

٢ - يثني على اﻷمين العام لقيامه بنشر الطبعة التاسعة المنقحة من " التوصيات المتعلقة بنقل البضائع الخطرة " في الوقت المناسب، بجميع اللغات الرسمية لﻷمم المتحدة، وللقيام بنشر الطبعة الثانية المنقحة من " دليل الاختبارت والمعايير " باللغات الاسبانية واﻹنكليزية والروسية والفرنسية " )٦(؛
