Other papers presented in the session concerned legal issues arising from the use of satellite technology, data and services for public health, the potential benefits of space applications for monitoring the spread of Ebola in Central Africa, and introduced participants to innovative approaches in utilizing space assets for disaster management and public health, which were developed by the International Space University.
وتناولت ورقاتٌ أخرى قُدِّمت في الجلسة مسائل قانونية مترتِّبة على استخدام التكنولوجيا والبيانات والخدمات الساتلية من أجل الصحة العمومية والفوائد الممكنة للتطبيقات الفضائية بالنسبة لرصد انتشار الإيبولا في أفريقيا الوسطى، وأطلعت المشاركين على نهوج مبتكرة بشأن استخدام الموجودات الفضائية في إدارة الكوارث والصحة العمومية استحدثتها الجامعة الدولية للفضاء.

Participants were also briefed on the FarmaBooth project concept developed by the International Space University to provide rural farmers in Africa with up‐to‐date satellite-derived information on their agricultural lands, as well as information on health and environment issues.
وأُحيط المشاركون علماً أيضاً بمفهوم مشروع " فارمابوث " (FarmaBooth) الذي وضعته الجامعة الدولية للفضاء لتزويد المزارعين في أرياف أفريقيا بأحدث المعلومات الساتلية عن أراضيهم الزراعية، وكذلك بمعلومات عن المسائل الصحية والبيئية.
