Domestic violence is a serious problem in modern societies, therefore a growing number of legislations, including ours (Article 220 of the Criminal Code, Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 47/06), include this criminal offence. The criminal offence has its basic form (paragraph 1), three serious forms (par. 2 - 4) and a special form (paragraph 5).
ويشكّل العنف المنزلي مشكلة كبيرة في المجتمعات الحديثة، ولذلك فإن عدداً متزايداً من التشريعات، بما فيها تشريعاتنا، ينص على هذه الجريمة (المادة 220 من المدونة الجنائية، الجريدة الرسمية للجبل الأسود 47/2006)، وتتخذ هذه الجريمة شكلاً أساسياً (الفقرة 1)، وثلاثة أشكال جسيمة (الفقرات 2-4)، وشكلاً خاصاً (الفقرة 5).

72. The Law on Civil Servants and State Employees (Official Gazette of Montenegro 50/08) prescribes that in the procedure of recruitment of civil servants and state employees, all positions shall be available to the candidates under equal conditions (Article 8).

Montenegro ratified the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance by passing the Law on Ratification of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (Official Gazette of Montenegro - International Treaties 8/2011) and became a State party to the Convention by depositing instruments of ratification on 20 October 2011.
2- وصدق الجبل الأسود على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بإصدار قانون التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري (الجريدة الرسمية للجبل الأسود - المعاهدات الدولية 8/2011)، وأصبح دولة طرفاً في الاتفاقية بإيداع وثائق التصديق عليها في 20 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2011.
