Article 295. § 1. In case of committing of the crime referred to in Article 291, the Police can perform temporary seizure of property of a suspect if there is a risk that the property may be removed.

1. The Special Court shall have jurisdiction over the offence referred to in article 2, paragraph 1 of this Convention.

In determining the term of imprisonment, the Court shall be guided by general practice in determining punishment for the offence referred to in article 2 under the legislation of the States parties.

(a) The circumstances of the offence referred to in article 2, paragraph 1;

If the offence referred to in paragraph 1 of this article was committed with respect to a public document, a will, bill of exchange, cheque, public or official records or other records that must be kept under law, the offender is liable to an imprisonment sentence ranging from three months to five years.
وإذا ارتكبت الجريمة المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة بشأن مستند عام أو وصية أو كمبيالة أو شيك، أو سجل من السجلات العامة أو الرسمية أو غيرها من السجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها بموجب القانون، فإن الجاني يكون عرضة للحكم عليه بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاثة أشهر وخمس سنوات.

On 27 July, the above-mentioned persons were detained on suspicion of having committed the offence referred to in article 80 of the Criminal Code and the case was passed on to the investigations department of the KGB Directorate for the Grodno region.

4. If the court believes that the circumstances of the offender or the offence referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 3 of this Decree merit clemency in the light of the legally mitigating circumstances, it may impose a penalty of life imprisonment instead of death.
٤- إذا رأت المحكمة أن ظروف المجرم أو الجريمة المشار إليها في البندين )أ، ب( من الفقرة )٣( من هذا القرار تستدعي الرأفة على وفق الظروف القضائية المخففة فلها أن تحكم بالسجن المؤبد بدلا من اﻹعدام.

4. If the court believes that the circumstances of the offender or the offence referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph 3 of this Decree merit clemency in the light of the legally mitigating circumstances, it may impose a penalty of life imprisonment instead of death.
٤ - إذا رأت المحكمة أن ظروف المجرم أو الجريمة المشار إليها في البندين )أ، ب( من الفقرة )٣( من هذا القرار تستدعي الرأفة على وفق الظروف القضائية المخففة فلها أن تحكم بالسجن المؤبد بدلا من اﻹعدام.

Section 51 of the Prevention of Organized Crime Act, 2004 (29 of 2004) provides for a preservation of property order if there is sufficient evidence that the property concerned is: " an instrumentality of an offence referred to in Schedule 1.

(3) إذا نجم عن الجريمة المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة وفاة الرهينة، يُعاقب الجاني بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثلاث سنوات وخمس عشرة سنة.

3. In addition to imprisonment, the Special Court may order the return to their legitimate owners of any property and income received as a result of the offence referred to in article 2 of this Convention, including by means of compulsion.
3 - للمحكمة الخاصة، بالإضافة إلى توقيع عقوبة السجن، أن تأمر بأن تُعاد إلى المالكين الشرعيين أي ممتلكات أو عوائد متأتية من الجريمة المشار إليها في المادة 2 من هذه الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك ما تأتى منها بالإكراه.

" (3) A person who commits the offence referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this article against a person under age shall be punished with a prison sentence of at least five years. "
" )٣( يعاقب بالسجن لمدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات كل شخص يرتكب الجريمة المشار إليها في الفقرتين ١ و٢ من هذه المادة تجاه شخص دون السن " .

More precisely, articles 136 ter, 9° and 136 sexies cover the different forms of perpetration of and participation in the offence referred to in article 6, paragraph 1 (a), of the Convention; article 136 septies covers superior responsibility referred to in article 6, paragraph 1 (b), of the Convention.

Article 367-(c).- The crime referred to in article 367-B of this Code shall be subject to the maximum corresponding penalty increased by up to one third, and disqualification from practising the profession for the duration of the sentence, in the following cases:
