Nevertheless, an ad hoc arrangement, drawing on the limited budgetary discretion approved by the General Assembly in section III of its resolution 60/283, has been used to put in place an interim small core team of 16 staff.
بيد أنه تم، استنادا إلى السلطة الاستنسابية المحدودة في مجال الميزانية التي وافقت عليها الجمعية العامة في الجزء الثالث من قرارها 60/283 ، اللجوء إلى ترتيب مخصوص قصد تكوين فريق أساسي مؤقت يضم 16 موظفا.

In section III of its resolution 60/266 and reiterated in section IV of resolution 61/276, the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to ensure full utilization of synergies present in the United Nations system and to develop an effective evaluation mechanism for the use of outside expertise.
وفي الجزء الثالث من قرارها 60/266، طلبت الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل الاستفادة الكاملة من أوجه التآزر لدى منظومة الأمم المتحدة، وأن يضع آلية فعالة لتقييم الاستعانة بالخبرات الخارجية.
