Part XV of the Convention requires that States Parties shall settle disputes between them concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention by the peaceful means set out in Article 33 of the Charter of the United Nations.
ويقضي الجزء الخامس عشر من الاتفاقية بأن تسوي الدول اﻷطراف النزاعات بينها فيما يتعلق بتفسير الاتفاقية أو تطبيقها بالوسائل السلمية المبَينة في المادة ٣٣ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.
