9. In connection with the effort to rationalize the work of the General Assembly, the General Committee took note of paragraph 2 of section B of the annex to resolution 58/316.
9 - وفيما يتعلق بالجهود المبذولة لترشيد أعمال الجمعية العامة، أحاط المكتب علما بالفقرة 2 من الجزء باء من مرفق القرار 58/316.

The Advisory Committee points out that under the terms of section B of the annex to resolution 42/211 of 21 December 1987, the fund covers additional expenditures relating to the biennium that are based on decisions taken during the year preceding the biennium and the biennium -- a three-year period.
5 - وتشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى أنه بموجب أحكام الجزء باء من مرفق القرار 42/211 المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1987، يغطي الصندوق النفقات الإضافية المتصلة بفترة السنتين والمستندة إلى قرارات اتخذت خلال العام السابق لفترة السنتين وفي فترة السنتين نفسها - أي فترة ثلاثة أعوام.

Taking the above into account, the Conference may wish to consider and adopt, mutatis mutandis, the following resolution for further international cooperative action, as contained in section B of the annex to decision OEWG.1/3:

5 - وتشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى أنه بموجب أحكام الجزء باء من مرفق قرار الجمعية العامة 42/211 المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1987، يغطي الصندوق النفقات الإضافية المتصلة بفترة السنتين والمستندة إلى قرارات اتخذت في العام السابق لفترة السنتين وخلال فترة السنتين نفسها - أي فترة ثلاثة أعوام.

(a) The consideration of the implementation of paragraph 2 of section B of the annex to its resolution 58/126 will shall be deferred to until its fifty-ninth session, taking into account the views expressed as well as the suggestions made by Member States in the context of the deliberations of the open-ended meetings of the General Committee during the fifty-eighth session;
(أ) يؤجل النظر في تنفيذ الفقرة 2 من الجزء باء من مرفق القرار 58/126 إلى الدورة التاسعة والخمسين، مع مراعاة الآراء المعرب عنها، فضلا عن الاقتراحات المقدمة من الدول الأعضاء في سياق المداولات التي جرت في اجتماعات المكتب المفتوحة خلال الدورة الثامنة والخمسين؛

(g) Reaffirms the need to implement paragraph 9 of section B of the annex to its resolution 58/126, in which, inter alia, it stipulated that the full Bureaux of the Main Committees shall be elected three months in advance of the next session, in order to foster better advance planning and preparation of the work;
(ز) تعيد تأكيد ضرورة تنفيذ الفقرة 9 من الجزء باء من مرفق قرارها 58/126 التي تنص على أن يُنتخب جميع أعضاء مكاتب اللجان الرئيسية قبل ثلاثة أشهر من بداية الدورة اللاحقة، سعيا إلى تحسين التخطيط المسبق والتحضير للأعمال؛

" (a) The consideration of the implementation of paragraph 2 of section B of the annex to resolution 58/126 shall be deferred until its fifty-ninth session, taking into account the views expressed as well as the suggestions made by Member States in the context of the deliberations of the open-ended meetings of the General Committee during the fifty-eighth session " .

(a) Pursuant to paragraph 4 of section B of the annex to resolution 58/126, the agenda of the General Assembly shall be organized under headings corresponding to the priorities of the Organization, as contained in the medium-term plan for the period 2002-2005 (or in the strategic framework, as appropriate), with an additional heading for " Organizational, administrative and other matters " ;
(أ) عملا بما ورد في الفقرة 4 من الجزء باء من مرفق القرار 58/126، ينظم جدول أعمال الجمعية العامة تحت عناوين تتوافق مع أولويات المنظمة، على النحو الوارد في الخطة المتوسطة الأجل للفترة 2002-2005 (أو في الإطار الاستراتيجي، حسب الاقتضاء) مع عنوان إضافي لـ " المسائل التنظيمية والإدارية والمسائل الأخرى " ؛
