In this regard, without being deterred by Ethiopia's deliberate policy of holding hostage the Algiers Peace Agreements, Eritrea will exercise its legitimate right of pursuing its development policy, equitably and vigorously, wherever it is needed in its own sovereign territory.
وفي هذا الصدد، ستمارس إريتريا حقها المشروع في متابعة سياستها الإنمائية، بإنصاف وحيوية، كلما دعت إليها الحاجة، في الأراضي التي تدخل ضمن سيادتها، دون أن يثنيها عن ذلك سياسة ارتهان اتفاقات الجزائر للسلام التي تنتهجها إثيوبيا عن قصد.

At a time when we are all preparing for the New Year, let me take this opportunity to underline that the Government of the State of Eritrea remains committed to the full and speedy implementation of the Algiers Peace agreements.
في وقت نستعد فيه جميعاً لاستقبال العام الجديد، دعوني أنتهز هذه الفرصة لأؤكد أن حكومة دولة إريتريا لا تزال ملتزمة بالتنفيذ الكامل والسريع لاتفاقات الجزائر للسلام.

The deliberate and wilful violations of international law by the Government of Ethiopia is the most serious and persistent problem facing the peoples of Eritrea and Ethiopia, and this is what constitutes a major breach to the Algiers Peace Agreements.
إن الانتهاكات المتعمدة والمقصودة للقانون الدولي من قِبَل حكومة إثيوبيا هي أخطر وأشد المشاكل التي تواجه شعبْ إريتريا وإثيوبيا، وهذا ما يشكل خرقا جسيما لاتفاق الجزائر للسلام.

The report should have stressed the supremacy of the rule of law and the importance of adhering fully to the terms and conditions of the Algiers Peace Agreements in order to ensure its full implementation.
وكان ينبغي للتقرير أن يركِّز على غلبة سيادة القانون وأهمية التمسك بشكل تام بأحكام وشروط اتفاق الجزائر للسلام لكفالة تنفيذها التام.

I once again call on both parties to abide by their obligation under the Algiers Peace Agreement and international humanitarian law and release the remaining prisoners of war unconditionally and without delay.
وأدعو مرة أخرى كلا الطرفين إلى الوفاء بالالتزام الواقع عليهما بموجب اتفاق الجزائر للسلام والقانون الإنساني الدولي، والإفراج عن بقية أسرى الحرب دون شرط أو تأخير.
