As provided in the rules of procedure for the First Review Conference, plenary meetings and meetings of Main Committees would be held in public unless otherwise decided.

وبالنسبة للفقـــرة ١٢، يوصــي المكتب بـــأن تبدأ الجلسات الصباحيـة في الساعـة العاشرة صباحـــا دون تأخير بالنسبة لجميــع الجلسات العامة وجلسات اللجان الرئيسية.
