وأملنا أن تواصل الجماعات الأفغانية الامتناع عن أعمال الانتقام غير المشروعة وأن يسود الود بين الجماعات ويتأصل.

With the draft resolution before us we call upon all Afghan groups to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms, including those of women, consistent with the commitments made at Bonn and with their international obligations.

Unless all Afghan groups respect the authority of the Transitional Administration and cooperate fully to implement the Bonn Agreement, a lasting peace cannot be obtained.
وما لم تحترم جميع الجماعات الأفغانية سلطة الإدارة الانتقالية وتتعاون تعاونا كاملا في تنفيذ اتفاق بون، لا يمكن تحقيق سلام دائم.

Those hopes will be strengthened as Afghan groups refrain from confrontation, establish friendly relations among themselves and see one another as members of a single Afghan family.
وستقوى تلك الآمال عندما تمتنع الجماعات الأفغانية عن المواجهة، وتقيم علاقات ودية فيما بينها، وترى كل منها الأخرى عضوا في أسرة أفغانية واحدة.

Reminding the Transitional Administration and all Afghan groups of their commitment to respect human rights in the country, as contained in the Bonn Agreement,
وإذ تذكر الإدارة الانتقالية وجميع الجماعات الأفغانية بالتزامها باحترام حقوق الإنسان في البلد، على النحو الوارد في اتفاق بون،

She further revised the draft resolution by deleting the fourth preambular paragraph and replacing the word " Afghanistan " by the words " in the territories controlled by the armed Afghan groups " in the title of the draft resolution.
كما نقّحت مشروع القرار بحذف الفقرة الرابعة من الديباجة والاستعاضة عن كلمة " أفغانستان " بعبارة " في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات الأفغانية المسلحة " ، في عنوان مشروع القرار.

5. Calls on all Afghan groups, in this regard, to cooperate fully with the Transitional Authority in order to complete the process according to the Bonn Agreement and to implement the decisions of the Emergency Loya Jirga;
5 - يهيب بكافة الجماعات الأفغانية أن تتعاون، في هذا الصدد، تعاونا كاملا مع السلطة الانتقالية لإكمال العملية وفقا لاتفاق بون ولتنفيذ مقررات الاجتماع الطارئ لمجلس اللويا جيرغا؛

3. Calls upon all Afghan groups to cooperate fully with the United Nations and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General to promote peace and a lasting political settlement in Afghanistan;
3 - تهيب بكافة الجماعات الأفغانية أن تتعاون بالكامل مع الأمم المتحدة والممثل الخاص للأمين العام بغية تحقيق السلام والتوصل إلى تسوية سياسية دائمة في أفغانستان؛

8. Strongly urges all Afghan groups to refrain from acts of reprisal, to respect human rights and to adhere to their obligations under international humanitarian law;
8 - تحث بقوة كافة الجماعات الأفغانية على الكف عن أعمال الثأر، واحترام حقوق الإنسان والوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب القانون الإنساني الدولي؛

Expressing its deep concern at widespread violations of international humanitarian and human rights law committed by Afghan groups, and in this regard reminding all Afghan groups of their commitment to respect human rights in the country as contained in the Bonn agreement,
وإذ تعرب عن بالغ قلقها إزاء الانتهاكات الواسعة النطاق للقانون الإنساني الدولي وقانون حقوق الإنسان والتي ترتكبها الجماعات الأفغانية وإذ تُذكِّر في هذا الصدد كافة الجماعات الأفغانية بالتزامها باحترام حقوق الإنسان في البلد على النحو المنصوص عليه في اتفاق بون،

3. Urges all Afghan groups to call a complete halt to the use of landmines and to cooperate fully with the United Nations Mine Action Programme;
3 - تحث كافة الجماعات الأفغانية على الدعوة إلى الوقف التام لاستخدام الألغام الأرضية والتعاون التام مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة بشأن الإجراءات المتعلقة بالألغام؛

2. Calls on all Afghan groups to implement this Agreement in full, in particular through full cooperation with the Interim Authority which is due to take office on 22 December 2001;
2 - يهيب بكافة الجماعات الأفغانية أن تنفذ هذا الاتفاق بالكامل ولا سيما عن طريق التعاون الكامل مع السلطة المؤقتة التي من المقرر أن تتولى مهامها في 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001؛

5. Calls on all Afghan groups to support full and unimpeded access by humanitarian organizations to people in need and to ensure the safety and security of humanitarian workers;
5 - يدعو كافة الجماعات الأفغانية إلى أن تدعم إمكانية وصول المنظمات الإنسانية بالكامل ودون إعاقة إلى الأفراد المحتاجين، وأن تضمن سلامة وأمن العاملين في المجال الإنساني؛

It was attended by delegations representing different Afghan groups -- the Northern Alliance and exiled groups, including those affiliated with the country's former King, Mohammad Zaher Shah.
وحضر المؤتمر وفود تمثل مختلف الجماعات الأفغانية - التحالف الشمالي وجماعات المنفى، ومن بينها الجماعات المرتبطة بالملك محمد ظاهر شاه، ملك أفغانستان السابق.

We urge the Transitional Administration and all Afghan groups to cooperate with the IOG and urge the international community to support it by financial and other means in order to move towards full-scale implementation of DDR programmes.
ونحث الإدارة الانتقالية وكل الجماعات الأفغانية على التعاون مع الفريق ونحث المجتمع الدولي على دعمه بالموارد المالية وغيرها حتى يتقدم نحو تنفيذ برامج شاملة لنزع سلاح المقاتلين السابقين وتسريحهم وإعادة إدماجهم.

وإذ تعرب عن بالغ قلقها للتقارير التي تفيد بحدوث انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني في مناطق من البلد، وإذ تذكِّر، في هذا الصدد، السلطة الانتقالية وجميع الجماعات الأفغانية بالتزامها باحترام حقوق الإنسان في البلد على النحو الوارد في اتفاق بون،

" In this spirit, I would like to appeal to the Taliban leadership as well as to all other Afghan groups, including Hezb-e Islami, to participate in an intra-Afghan process for national reconciliation and peace.
