On the proposal of the Chairman, the Committee decided, without a vote, to recommend to the General Assembly that should it adopt draft resolution A/53/L.22/Rev.2, an additional appropriation of $184,300 would be required under section 3 of the programme budget for the biennium 1998-1999.
وبناء على اقتراح من الرئيس، قررت اللجنــة بدون تصويت أن توصي الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة اعتمــاد مشروع القرار A/53/L.22/ Rev.2، سيلزم رصد اعتماد إضافــي قيمته ٣٠٠ ١٨٤ دولار في إطار الباب ٣ من الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٨-١٩٩٩.

3. The Fifth Committee decided to inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/50/L.60, an appropriation not exceeding $2,684,400 would be required under section 3 of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997.
٣ - قررت اللجنة الخامسة إعلام الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة اعتمادها مشروع القرار A/50/L.60، سيُطلب رصد اعتماد لا يتجاوز ٤٠٠ ٦٨٤ ٢ دولار تحت الباب ٣ من الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٦-١٩٩٧.

On the proposal of the Chairman, the Committee decided, without a vote to inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/49/L.68, no additional appropriation would be required under the programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995.
وبناء على اقتراح من الرئيس، قررت اللجنة بدون تصويت ابلاغ الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة ما إذا اعتمدت مشروع القرار A/49/L.68 فلن يتطلب ذلك أي اعتمادات اضافية في إطار الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥.

22. The Chairman suggested that the Committee should decide to inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/54/L.27, the requirements of $27,694,300 would be charged against the provision of $90,387,200 for special political missions requested in section 3 of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2000-2001.

The Advisory Committee recommends that the Fifth Committee inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/53/L.57, an additional appropriation of $5,919,800 would be required under section 3, Peacekeeping operations and special missions, of the programme budget for the biennium 1998–1999.

The Fifth Committee decided to inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/50/L.59/Rev.1, an additional appropriation not exceeding $1,872,000 would be required under section 3, Peace-keeping operations and special missions, of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997.
٣ - قررت اللجنة الخامسة أن تخطر الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة اعتمادها لمشروع القرار A/50/L.59/Rev.1، سيلزم رصد اعتماد إضافي لا يتجاوز ٠٠٠ ٨٧٢ ١ دولار في إطار الباب ٣، عمليات حفظ السلام والبعثات الخاصة، من الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٦ - ١٩٩٧.

The CHAIRMAN proposed that the Fifth Committee should inform the General Assembly that, should the General Assembly adopt draft resolution A/49/L.67, total costs would not exceed $23.5 million, and that no additional appropriations would be required at the current stage.
٦ - الرئيس اقترح أن تبلغ اللجنة الخامسة الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة قيام الجمعية العامة باعتماد مشروع القرار A/49/L.67 فإن التكاليف اﻹجمالية لن تتجاوز ٥,٣٢ مليون دولار وإن اﻷمر لن يتطلب اعتمادات إضافية في المرحلة الحالية.

The CHAIRMAN suggested that the Committee should inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/51/L.57, additional requirements of $7,102,400 would arise under section 3 of the programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997.
٣١ - الرئيس: اقترح أن تبلغ اللجنة الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة اعتمادها مشروع القرار 75.L/15/A، ستنشـأ فـي البـاب ٣ مـن الميزانيـة البرنامجيـة لفتـرة السنتيـن ٦٩٩١-٧٩٩١ احتياجـات إضافيـة بمقـدار ٠٠٤ ٢٠١ ٧ دولار.

The CHAIRMAN suggested that, on the basis of the Advisory Committee's recommendations, the Committee should decide to inform the General Assembly that should it adopt draft resolution A/51/L.49 B, additional requirements of $3,233,600 would arise under section 3 of the programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997.
٥٣ - الرئيس: اقترح أن تقرر اللجنة، بناء على توصيات اللجنة الاستشارية، إبلاغ الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالـة اعتمادها مشروع القرار 94.L/15/A باء ستنشأ في الباب ٣ من الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين ٦٩٩١-٧٩٩١ احتياجات إضافية قدرها ٠٠٦ ٣٣٢ ٣ دولار.

12. In the circumstances, the Advisory Committee recommends that the Fifth Committee inform the General Assembly that, should draft resolution II of the Second Committee be adopted, no additional appropriation would be required at this time.
١٢ - وفي ضوء هذه الظروف، توصي اللجنة الاستشارية بأن تقوم اللجنة الخامسة بإبلاغ الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة اعتماد مشروع القرار الثاني المقدم من اللجنة الثانية، لن يلزم رصد اعتمادات إضافية في الوقت الحالي.

15. In paragraph 23.37 of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2008-2009 (A/62/6 (Sect.23)), the Secretary-General informed the General Assembly that should the Optional Protocol enter into force during the biennium 2008-2009, Member States would be informed of the budgetary implications in accordance with established procedures.
15 - في الفقرة 23-37 من الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين 2008-2009 ((A/62/6 (Sect.23)، أبلغ الأمين العام الجمعية العامة بأنه في حال بدء نفاذ البروتوكول الاختياري خلال فترة السنتين 2008-2009، فإن الدول الأعضاء ستُبلَّغ بالآثار المترتبة عليه في الميزانية وفقا للإجراءات المتبعة.

6. The Advisory Committee recommends that the Fifth Committee inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/60/L.48, there would be the need for an additional appropriation of $4,328,700 (net), subject to the procedures governing the use and operation of the contingency fund.

8. The Advisory Committee recommends that the Fifth Committee inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/62/L.27, additional requirements totalling $1,962,100 would be required under section 8, Legal affairs, of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2008-2009.
8 - توصي اللجنة الاستشارية بأن تبلغ اللجنة الخامسة الجمعية العامة بأنه في حالة اعتمادها لمشروع القرار A/62/L.27 ستنشأ احتياجات إضافية يبلغ مجموعها 100 962 1 دولار تحت الباب 8، الشؤون القانونية، من الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين 2008-2009.

I should like to take this opportunity to inform the Assembly that in September this year, a very important international Conference devoted to the fiftieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights took place in the city of Yalta in Ukraine.
وأود أن أغتنم هذه الفرصة ﻷبلغ الجمعية العامة بأنه في أيلول/سبتمبر من هذا العام، عقد في مدينة يالطا في أوكرانيا مؤتمر دولي هام جدا كرس للذكرى السنوية الخمسين لحقوق اﻹنسان.
