42. As terrorism was a worldwide threat all Member States which had not yet done so should become parties to the existing international counter-terrorism conventions and protocols and should honour their obligations under the relevant General Assembly and Security Council resolutions by denying any support to terrorists, destroying their safe havens and eliminating their institutional backing.
42 - وقال إن الإرهاب هو تهديد عالمي ولهذا ينبغي لجميع الدول الأعضاء التي لم تصبح بعد أطرافا في الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات المتعلقة بمكافحة الإرهاب أن تنضم إلى هذه الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات وأن تفي بالتزاماتها بمقتضى قرارات الجمعية العامة وقرارات مجلس الأمن بالامتناع عن تقديم أي دعم للإرهابيين والقضاء على ملاجئهم الآمنة والقضاء على أي دعم مؤسسي لهم.

The States members of the Arab Group condemn these acts, which constitute a dangerous escalation and flagrant aggression against Islamic holy places, and consider the provocative measures taken by Israel as constituting a clear violation of the relevant General Assembly and Security Council resolutions, in particular Security Council resolution 465 (1980).
وفي الوقت الذي تدين فيه الدول الأعضاء في المجموعة العربية هذه الأعمال التي تمثل تصعيدا خطيرا واعتداء سافرا على المقدسات الإسلامية، فهي ترى بأن الإجراءات والتدابير الاستفزازية التي تتخذها إسرائيل تمثل انتهاكا واضحا وصريحا لقرارات الجمعية العامة وقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة وعلى رأسها القرار 465 (1980).
