(هـ) الجمعية العامة إلى اتخاذ تدابير لمعالجة سجل إسرائيل الحافل بعدم التعاون مع الأمم المتحدة، ولا سيما فيما يخص تنفيذ قرارات الجمعية العامة ومجلس الأمن والآليات التي أنشأتها الجمعية وهيئاتها الفرعية.

For meetings of the Assembly and its subsidiary bodies held in New York, the Secretariat could rely on such presence for any practical arrangements for the meetings (hiring of temporary staff, printing facilities, liaising with the Secretariat of the United Nations on arrangements for the meetings and any financial matters).
ويمكن للأمانة، فيما يتعلق باجتماع الجمعية وهيئاتها الفرعية في نيويورك، أن تعتمد على هذا الوجود لأية ترتيبات عملية لتلك الاجتماعات (تدبير موظفين مؤقتين، تسهيلات الطباعة، الاتصال بالأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة بشأن الترتيبات للاجتماعات وأية أمور مالية).
